Meet Our Pasadena Family Eye Doctors
Craig Van Woerkom, O.D.
Family optometrist Dr. Craig Van Woerkom was welcomed to join the practice of the Pasadena Optometry Center in 2003, by the previous owner Lynn Caffrey Gabriel, O.D. He brought with him an excellence in leadership and patient care. He graduated with distinction from the Southern California College of Optometry. He was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society of the Southern California College of Optometry. He received First Prize for excellence in Optometric Research, and , RGP Contact Lens Award from the RGP Lens Institute. Dr. Van Woerkom completed his residency program in Primary Eye care and Ocular Disease at Sepulveda VA Ambulatory Medical Center. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and has published papers on topics of Retinitis Pigmentosa and Microbial Keratitis. He is also fluent in Spanish.

Sandy Gee, O.D.
A native of California, Pasadena optometrist Dr. Sandy Gee attended UCLA before beginning her optometric studies at the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton. She is currently in her 18th year of practice at the Pasadena Optometry Center and enjoys interacting with our diverse patient population. While English is her first language, she also speaks Cantonese and some Spanish. She and her husband Tim reside in Glendale with their two young children.

Elizabeth Snowden-Ifft, O.D.
Originally from Pennsylvania, optometrist Dr. Elizabeth Snowden-Ifft has been practicing optometry in Southern California since 1997. She received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Swarthmore College near Philadelphia and her doctor of optometry degree form the University of California Berkeley. Dr. Snowden-Ifft currently lives in South Pasadena with her husband, Dan and two teen-aged children. In her spare time she enjoys camping and playing the cello with her family.
